Jonji gives MASSIVEimpact a New Identity
Following the addition of Will "dazzLe" Loafman and Skyler "Relyks" Weaver on Saturday, MASSIVEimpact have completed their roster overhaul with the addition of Jonathan "Jonji" Carey. The team have also decided to go by the moniker New Identity, which they have been sporting on FACEIT for some time.
Jonji is no stranger to New Identity, as he played with the team during Season 29 when they were known as Blackout and Cantwinalan. Since then, he played as a stand-in with Old Guys Club during the tail-end of Season 29, and more recently linked up with The Quest, helping that squad in their efforts to qualify to MDL.
The Canadian also recently played with MASSIVEimpact at T.O. Spawn in place of Daniel "roca" Gustaferri, helping power them to a first place finish. The move will also see Jonji reunite with former Rise Nation teammate dazzLe.
With Jonji's change of allegiance, the two teams now have the following rosters:

The Quest will have to act quickly to replenish their ranks, as they are set to face off against FURIA tonight at 10 PM EDT. New Identity do not currently have any matches scheduled, but their next tilts are set to come against Variance and ATK.
