Tokyo in Tulsa broadcast talent announced
The talent crew for Midwest eSports' Tokyo in Tulsa event has been released on Twitter by Micah Bain, who is set to be one of the commentators at the event.
Roy "StrongLegs" Ahad and Micah Bain will be on the microphones covering the action, with Melanie "meL" Capone behind the camera showcasing the game itself.
The full talent team are as follows:
- Roy "StrongLegs" Ahad - Commentator
- Micah Bain - Commentator
- Melanie "meL" Capone - Observer
While Roy "StrongLegs" Ahad is set to commentate at the event, the caster's recent temporary ban from Twitch puts the spot in question, as banned streamers are not allowed to appear on Twitch streams in any fashion.
Tokyo in Tulsa is set to begin July 14th and run to the 15th, with a $10,000 prize pool and a chance at 50% entry fees to the NSG Championship Open in Washington D.C.
Registration for the tournament is still open on Midwest eSports' website. The event currently has 13 teams already signed up for the CS:GO tournament, including the recently sponsored teams Vision and BlackOut.
