Fam143 disqualified from the Minor Closed Qualifier
FACEIT have announced that Fam143 has been disqualified from the North America closed qualifier for the Americas Minor. This is due to one of the members of the team not disclosing a "secondary VAC-banned account."
With Valve blocking anyone with a VAC ban from events they back, such a decision should have been expected from the outset. Whether or not the individual remains on the Fam143 roster is still to be seen, with the team currently holding a respectable 6th position in the MDL on a 6-3 record.
With FACEIT still looking to select a replacement, an obvious team could be The Entourage, who were beaten by Fam143 in the third open qualifier. Whoever the replacement team is, they will face Rogue in the first round of the closed qualifier.

Dust2.us has reached out to FACEIT for more information, but are yet to receive a response. Fam143 have also announced that they are set to release a statement regarding their disqualification.
