MDL Season 28 Week 2 Recap - Gorillas Gang up on Prospects
The second week of MDL Season 28 has come to a close, seeing the Squirtle Squad advancing to the top of the board with wins over Mythic and Clutch Solutions.
A surprising defeat towards the end of the week by the hands of Kyle "OCEAN" O'Brien's subtLe roster caught Squirtle Squad before they could muster up a large winstreak, although they still have the chance to one-up their 11 game win streak from last season as many matches still remain.
Other notable results this week saw the Gorilla Gang demolish the hopes of Prospects with a 16-0 victory only to fall to The Pioneers 16-1 a few days later. Meanwhile, Bravado received a free win over FYB after the former Torqued squad chose to forfeit their match, but found themselves unable to prevail over F1-racecar-PEEK to further add to their record.
